After registering you can use your Lotto Direct account for 90 days, during which time you'll need to complete an ID check. The ID check confirms your identity, age (18+) and Queensland residency. It only has to be done once, and it is mandatory.
What to do?
1. Login to your Lotto Direct account
2. Download & print out your 'Lotto Direct Registration Form'
3. Take the Registration Form, ID & photocopies to a Golden Casket Agent
or a Qualified Witness.
4. Your documents will be checked and then will be sent to Golden Casket for
verification. (They'll give you back your original ID)
5. Golden Casket then verifies your ID documents and if they're ok, we'll set your Lotto
Direct account status to 'Unrestricted' giving you full access to features of the site.
If you don't complete your ID check within 90 days of registering your Lotto Direct account will
be closed, so make sure you plan to complete the ID check before the 90 days expires. We will send you emails to remind you.
