Check your unclaimed prizes in-store

For Winners Circle members it’s easy to check if you’ve won a prize. A swipe of your card on one of our lotto terminals will discreetly let you know you have a prize to claim. You can also check prizes using our online services or call us on 131 868.

If you do have a prize to claim, you’ll be asked to present your card together with your winning receipt when claiming a prize in-store. This is an important security feature which further protects your prizes from being claimed by anyone but you.

Prize cheques sent after only 4 weeks

Rest assured that if you forget to claim your prize, we’ll automatically send you a cheque. And you’ll only have to wait 4 weeks to receive your prize cheque.

Claim by phone

Being a Winners Circle member means your entry is registered, so if you forget to bring your card with you and are unable to claim your prize in-store, don’t worry. Just call us on 131 868 during business hours and after we confirm your identity over the phone, we’ll arrange for your prize cheque to be sent to your registered address.

So we can contact you if you have a win, it’s also important to keep your contact details up-to-date. You can update your details at any time just by calling us, visiting our website or picking up a form in-store.

And if you lose your Winners Circle card or a receipt, call us on 131 868. We can either place a stop payment on the receipt, pay the prize for you by cheque or reissue your card for extra security.
