Funding goes towards educating new Queensland mums on healthy pregnancies.

Every new mum needs all the information they can get on healthy pregnancies. So this year Golden Casket's Rainbow Kids has donated $49,000 to Queensland Health to assist with the development of promotional resources on healthy pregnancies for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.

The material will also help to raise awareness of risk factors of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. The resources will be made available to families and health care providers throughout Queensland.

Focus on better diagnosis for children with short stature.

Short stature in children can present significant barriers to health and well-being. The Mater Children's Hospitals is researching techniques to better diagnose this condition, to allow for improved treatment. Golden Casket recently provided over $65,000 towards this research.
