There are several things you should know before collecting your prize.
First Division prizes are only
available for payment from the first working day, two weeks
following the draw. All lower division prizes are available
from 9:00am on the next working day after the draw.
If you purchase your entry with your Golden Casket Winners Circle card, the cheque will be made out to the name(s) of the parties registered on the Winners Circle card, unless other arrangements are made. If there are two names registered, at least one of the parties listed must collect the prize and must provide suitable identification e.g. current driver's licence. If someone other than the registered player(s) is collecting the prize, that person will need to provide a signed letter of authorisation from the registered player(s) and must also supply signature identification for both themselves and the registered player(s).
In cases where Super 66 First Division has jackpotted for the fifth week in succession and the prize pool is distributed to Second Division, this Second Division prize is only available for payment the first business day after a two week waiting period.
Even though Gold Lotto on Saturday, Oz7 Lotto and Powerball are national games,
prizes can only be claimed within the State in which the entry
was originally purchased.
Prizes can only be claimed from the original receipt.
