1.

Definitions
Unless otherwise indicated, these terms have the following meanings:

1.1

"Applicable Game" means Saturday Gold Lotto, Wednesday Gold Lotto, Powerball, Oz 7 Lotto, Pools, Casket or Super 66.

1.2

"Eligible Entrant" means a person who meets the eligibility requirements set out in clause 3.1 of these terms and conditions.

1.3

"GC" means Golden Casket Lottery Corporation Limited ABN 27 078 785 449.

1.4

"GC Syndicate Promotion" means a promotion conducted by GC in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Charitable & Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).

1.5

"GC Syndicate Share" means a share in a Syndicate formed by Golden Casket in accordance with the Lotteries Rule 1998 (Qld).

1.6

"Promotional Draw" means the random selection of a number of Eligible Entrants from all Eligible Entrants for the Promotional Period, who may be allocated a prize (if any) in accordance with clauses 5.3 for each GC Syndicate Promotion conducted by GC in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.7

"Purchase" means the purchase of a single Ticket from GC in an Applicable Game. It does not include the purchase of a Ticket in an Applicable Game purchased through a mail order business.

1.8

"Promotional Period" means a one (1) week period during which a GC Syndicate Promotion may be conducted, commencing at 00.01hrs on a Monday and closing at 23.59hrs on a Sunday.

1.9

"Surprise Game" means a prize which could be any one of the following: a 12 Game Quickpick in Saturday Gold Lotto, Wednesday Gold Lotto, Pools, or Powerball; a 6 game Mini-Quickpick in Oz 7 Lotto; 3 x $2 Casket entries; or another similar prize of similar value as determined by Golden Casket, that may be won in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Part D of the Winners Circle Terms and Conditions.

1.10

"Syndicate" has the meaning set out in the Lotteries Rule 1998 (Qld).

1.11

"Ticket" means a document, token or other thing recognised by GC as evidencing a right of entry into a lottery operated by GC and includes a share in a Syndicate.

2.

Conduct of Promotion
From time to time and at its absolute discretion, GC may conduct a GC Syndicate Promotion whereby it may give away GC Syndicate Shares as prizes to randomly drawn Eligible Entrants in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Charitable & Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).

3.

Eligibility and Entry

3.1

Eligibility: Subject to any qualifications in these terms and conditions, a person will be eligible for an entry into a Promotional Draw if they have registered a Purchase of an Applicable Game to their Winners Circle card during the Promotional Period applicable to the Promotional Draw.

3.2

Automatic Entry: If GC is conducting a Promotional Draw in a Promotional Period, an Eligible Entrant will be automatically entered into the Promotional Draw each time they register a Purchase to their Winners Circle card during the Promotional Period.

3.3

Number of entries in Promotional Draw: The number of entries an Eligible Entrant will receive, and the Promotional Draw in which they will be entered, is as follows.

(a)

For a Purchase during a Promotional Period (which is not a multiweek entry), an Eligible Entrant will receive one entry in the Promotional Draw, for each $1.00 (or part thereof) of the value of the Purchase. An Eligible Entrant will be entered into the Promotional Draw (if any) for the Promotional Period in which the Purchased entry is drawn.

(b)

For a Purchase during a Promotional Period which is a multiweek entry, the value of the entry will be divided by the number of weeks for which it is valid to arrive at a "value for each week". The Eligible Entrant will then receive one entry in each Promotional Draw (if any) relating to that Promotional Period for each $1.00 (or part thereof) of the "value for each week", as if each "value for each week" is a separate Purchase under clause 3.3(a).

(c)

An Eligible Entrant will receive one entry in a Promotional Draw (if any) for each $1.00 (or part thereof) of the retail value of a Surprise Game won by the Eligible Entrant. An Eligible Entrant will be entered in the Promotional Draw (if any) for the Promotional Period during which the Surprise Game is drawn.

3.4

Cancelled entries: If an Eligible Entrant cancels their Purchase, GC may cancel their entry in the Promotional Draw for that Purchase.

4.

Prizes

4.1

Prize type: Each prize will consist of a GC Syndicate Share (which remains unsold at the time of the Promotional Draw). Each GC Syndicate Share will be a share in a Syndicate for any type of entry, or combination of types of entries in the lottery, as permitted under the Lotteries Rule 1998 (Qld) and chosen by GC.

4.2

Number of Prizes: The number of prizes will be determined by Golden Casket and may vary depending on the number of GC Syndicate Shares which remain unsold at the time of the Promotional Draw.

4.3

Prize Value: The value of each prize will vary depending on the type of entry or combination of types of entries in the lottery to which the GC Syndicate Share relates.

5.

Promotional Draw

5.1

When Promotional Draw occurs: The Promotional Draw will occur on the Wednesday of each week (or if the Wednesday is a public holiday, then on the Tuesday of that week).

5.2

When allocation of prizes occurs: If there are any GC Syndicate Shares which remain unsold on the day of the draw for the lottery to which the GC Syndicate shares relate (or for a Saturday Lotto draw, on the Friday preceding the draw) GC will allocate these prizes in accordance with clause 5.4 on the day of the draw for the lottery to which the GC Syndicate share/s relate (or for a Saturday Lotto draw, on the Friday preceding the draw).

5.3

Order in which Prizes are allocated: If more than one prize is available, the prizes will be allocated in chronological order (commencing with the GC Syndicate Share which was first formed by GC) to the Eligible Entrants drawn in the Promotional Draw (commencing with the first eligible entrant drawn and proceeding in chronological order until all prizes are allocated). Prizes will not be drawn in order of their value and only one prize will be allocated to any one Eligible Entrant drawn in the Promotional Draw.

5.4

Number of Entrants Drawn: The number of Eligible Entrants drawn in a Promotional Draw will be determined by GC at its absolute discretion.

6.

Notification and delivery of Prizes

6.1

No publication: GC will not announce or publish the results of this Promotion.

6.2

Notification: GC will attempt to contact the winning Eligible Entrant/s for each Promotional Draw by phone and/or mail using the current contact details for the winning Eligible Entrant/s in the Golden Casket Winners Circle players register.

6.3

Registration to WC Card: The prize for the Promotional Draw will be automatically registered to the Eligible Entrant's Winners Circle Card (regardless of whether or not GC has been able to contact the winning Eligible Entrant pursuant to clause 6.2).
